Respect the Leash

I always advise my clients to leash up when the see a dog on leash.  Remember, the dog is on a leash for a reason – it may be because they are fearful or reactive, in training, a puppy, a rescue or perhaps a disabled or elderly dog.  If you see a dog on leash – put your own dog on leash and keep under control.
