A swim in the lake today with Ringwood Dogs. Most dogs love to swim whether you want them too or not! Try not to let your dog drink stagnant water as this can lead to tummy upsets. Ringwood Dogs always have a stack of towels in the back so we can dry off wet and muddy dogs before the drive home. We use microfibre towels for maximum moisture absorbency and bath the dogs when we get home if they are truly filthy! Always remember to use a shampoo that is suited to bathing dogs and has the right PH balance for their skin. If you’d like some recommendations of suitable shampoos, let us know.
